Upon checking into the hotel, not only were the staff incredibly pleasant and accommodating, but they also went above and beyond to assist us in finding a valuable lost item of ours. the hotel exceeded our expectations by providing ironing facilities in the room, which was a lifesaver as we needed our outfits looking pristine for the wedding we were attending. the heating in the room was fantastic, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay on a particularly chilly night. the complimentary toiletries were of high quality, and the electric kettle in the room was a nice touch for a late-night cup of tea. the hotel's attention to detail and exceptional customer service truly made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to our friends and family.
